Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Overview

This Payment Policy explains how and when payments are made for services provided by Sofcore Solutions LTD (“Sofcore”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. In short: work begins once the advance payment has been received, and final files, launches and handovers take place once all payments are complete.

2. Payment methods we accept

We accept the following payment methods. Card and wallet payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

3. Currencies

We invoice in British pounds (GBP) or US dollars (USD). Other currencies, such as Saudi riyals (SAR) or UAE dirhams (AED), may be agreed in your proposal. Any bank, conversion or transfer charges from your side are your responsibility, so the full invoiced amount reaches us.

4. Advance payment structure

Advance payments let us reserve our team’s time for your project and cover the first stage of work. Unless your proposal states otherwise, the following structure applies:

5. Invoices and due dates

  • Advance invoices must be paid before we schedule or start work.
  • Milestone and balance invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • Monthly service invoices are due on or before the first day of each service month.
  • Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where required by law.

6. Late or missed payments

If an invoice remains unpaid 7 days after its due date, we may pause work, campaigns or services until payment is received, and project timelines will move accordingly. For business clients, we may also charge statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Ownership of final designs, code and other deliverables passes to you once all invoices are paid in full.

7. Ad spend and third-party fees

Advertising budgets for Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms are paid directly to those platforms from your own accounts, or prepaid to us in full before campaigns launch. Government fees for company formation (for example Companies House or US state filing fees) are collected in advance and paid on your behalf.

8. Payment security and fraud protection

Our bank details appear only on official invoices sent from an @sofcoresolutions.com email address. We will never change our bank details by email alone. If you receive a message asking you to pay a different account, please call or WhatsApp us on +44 7482 790055 to confirm before paying.

9. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at info@sofcoresolutions.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund Policy.
